Owner and President
The trade calls her the heater girl, because her company sells every kind of heater. She joined Hillco in 2006 and has owned the company since 2014.
She shows up on jobsites in a pink hard hat and pink steel-toe boots she had custom made. In an industry where everything is gray, she adds the color.
1970
Ronald Hillman opens Hillco as a stocked-warehouse distributor. Lead times won jobs then, and they still do.
2006
Nikki joins Hillco. She learns every product we sell and soon becomes the top seller in the company.
2014
Nikki buys Hillco. She gets the company certified as a woman-owned business.
2024
Hillco starts doing labor, too. It signs with the unions, Local 597 Pipe Fitters and Local 73 Sheet Metal. Now Hillco brings the workers for WBE, DBE, and SBE projects.
Today
Hillco is still at the table with the people who built it. It started as a supplier. Now it does it all: the equipment and the workers to put it in. One call gets you the full package.

We hold certifications with the City of Chicago, the MWRD, and the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana, and we are federally listed with the SBA and WBENC.
